The spacious apartment was skillfully planned out of a bare shell as a private residence for three generations living together with a minimalist approach to luxury. The design concept had to respond to the inherent characteristics of the members of the household, keeping in mind their own personal tastes and preferences.
The private and public areas were planned keeping in mind a seamless transition between lobby and formal areas. The lift lobby, entry lobby and living area form a visual and physical connection with the balcony in view and together form the semi-private space of the residence. The dynamic glass partition offers a seamless connectivity between the lobby and the formal area. Allowing for both an intimate setting as well as a physical and visual connection with the foyer.
