Residence RR is a 1000 sq yard family villa in the heart of Gurgaon. The layout planning and form was intentional in prioritising horizontality versus verticality.This meant building out maximum functions and promoting more activity across each floor.
The facade of the house too embodies this horizontality in the form of horizontal lines across it to draw focus on the width and expansion of the space. There is also an element of hand-sketched perforations and contour detailing on the facade that is then reflected in the interiors of the residence as well.
