Experience Centre V

Typology: Interior Design

The design of the very first experience centre for the vatika group, a formidable and reputed real estate developer; is a clear and direct response p to the simple yet unique brief given by them. the sample apartment for an upcoming mega housing development was to be preceded by a marketing space, one which was to break away from the norm of glitzy and overwhelming marketing pavilions adorned with fancy models and multiple closed meeting rooms. In its stead a meaningful space was envisaged to engage and not intimidate, to encourage interaction, involve and make aware the visitor of not only the upcoming projects and the history of vatika but the entire ethos and belief of the real estate firm that values design and the construction processes.

The use of customised concrete bricks along with steel reinforcement rods are central to the planning and flow of spaces within the pavilion guiding the visitor through the spaces and creating semi-private cosy enclosures for discussions. the granite floor with its radiating patterns further enhance the spatial order and showcase the meticulous craftsmanship.
